Your counselling sessions

I offer counselling sessions in person or online from my comfortable, cosy, and private therapy room located in central Exeter, Devon.

My weekday working hours are flexible and I offer a variety of morning, afternoon and early evening appointments.

  • Counselling sessions are 60-minutes at a rate of £60

  • All sessions are payable in advance via BACS

  • Typically sessions are weekly

Within my private practice I generally offer weekly or fortnightly counselling sessions on the same day at the same time. If this is unaccessible for any reason then we can consider a pattern, within my availability, that works for your schedule and resources.

If you are a student or experiencing financial anxiety and challenge please contact me directly as we may be able to agree a reduced or low cost fee for sessions.

I offer short-term and long-term therapy support, this can be discussed depending on your preference and needs. Working with disordered eating, depending on the level of distress and impact on wellbeing, is often longer term work and it is important to note that there is no effective quick fix solution.

Together we can talk through what feels valuable as a starting point. From here it is entirely up to you to decide how many sessions you attend. We will regularly review our work to ensure that therapy is still helpful and meaningful for you.
